DESIGNATED GIFTS AND VCSR DISCLOSURE
The Connection Commission welcomes both unrestricted and designated gifts that align with our charitable mission and governing documents. Donors may designate support toward general funds such as Project Capital, Caseworker Compensation, Legal Access, or Operating Infrastructure. Designated gifts will be applied to the chosen fund where feasible and consistent with applicable law and fiduciary duties. To preserve fairness, independence, and conflict-of-interest safeguards, donations may not be directed to a specific named project or participant if the donor is involved in, connected to, or may materially benefit from that project. Acceptance of a contribution does not create a contractual right to services, project approval, program participation, influence over project selection, or governance authority.
The Connection Commission is a Virginia nonstock corporation authorized to solicit charitable contributions in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
