Governance and public records.

The Connection Commission is a Virginia nonstock corporation governed by its Board of Directors. This page contains the governing documents and policies TCC has designated for public release.

Corporate structure

The Connection Commission is organized as a Virginia nonstock corporation for charitable purposes. The corporation has no members, and its affairs are managed by the Board of Directors.

The corporation's fiscal year begins September 1 and ends August 31.

Board governance

Directors are elected by the Board. The bylaws provide for between one and nine directors, two-year director terms, annual officer elections, regular board meetings, quorum and voting requirements, and remote governance.

Directors may not be compensated for board service, but may receive reasonable compensation for separate non-director services when properly approved.
